The flowers are packed on Wednesday in our specially designed flower boxes with a wet bag to keep them fresh. They are then collected and sorted overnight and distributed via the Swiss posts PostPac Priority (Pro-Clima) service. The flowers should arrive at your door by Thursday, between 8:00 and 18:00.

Your box of Bloom Blooms will be deposited outside your entrance, in a place sheltered from the weather.

Our flowers are sourced from local farmers in and around Switzerland. None of our flowers are flown in by airplane, we only source locally.

The cost of the flower subscriptions and one-off-flowers includes free shipping.

To amend the billing address go to ‘My Account’, select ‘Account Information’ on the left-hand side of the page. Scroll down to ‘Manage Address’, where you will be able to edit your address. The cut-off date for changing the billing address is 3 days before the next payment date.

To amend the delivery address go to 'My Account', select 'Account Information' on the left-hand side of the page, and under 'Manage Address', you will be able to edit your address. The cut-off date is Sunday night before the next delivery.

The first installment of your subscription is paid when you place an order. After that, you will be automatically billed on a monthly basis for the duration of your subscription. A receipt will be sent to you by email on a monthly basis and you can keep track of your subscription and invoices via your online account under “My Account”.

Yes, you can easily pause your Bloom Bloom Subscription. Simply go to 'My Account', under 'My subscriptions'. Scroll to the pause button and you will be able to select the next available date or dates you wish to have no deliveries. Once these dates pass your subscription will automatically resume as normal. No need to remember to reactivate it. The cut-off date and time for pausing a subscription is Sunday 9pm before that delivery.


If you need to cancel your subscription, simply go to ‘My Account’ scroll down and click on ‘Cancel’. A notice will appear to tell you how many credits you have left and the soonest date where you can cancel your subscription, which is up to approximately 3 days before your next billing date.
